Centennial Step

There are a total of five inscriptions in the Centennial Steps; each inscription represents a different age of health care regimen; each walk a section represents ten years; up, we can see sixty saying that the Qi step, seventy saying that the Lao step, eighty saying that the Shou step, ninety saying that the Mao step, a hundred years of Yi step, up to prolonged life, and down to the old to return to the child. Here, we can not only send in the landscape, marveling at nature's gift of beauty at the same time, but also find the law of longevity and achieve the purpose of prolonging life.
