In order to improve the commercial facilities and tourism service functions of the scenic area and enhance the visitor experience, Sanya Xiaodongtian Development Co., Ltd. will open the site opposite the Longwang Bie Courtyard (the open space between the sports lottery sales outlet and the Dongtian Fudi Cultural and Creative Store) to the public for investment attraction, aiming to introduce a food truck ice cream shop. The relevant matters are hereby announced as follows:

1.Project Overview: The site is located opposite the Longwang Bieyuan (in the open space between the sports lottery agency and the Dongtian Fudi Cultural and Creative Store), covering an area of approximately 15 square meters. It boasts a prime location. We intend to introduce a food truck ice cream shop partner through various methods such as investment attraction, overall leasing, and cooperative operation. We welcome capable and interested entities or individuals to visit or contact us for negotiations, and to submit relevant cooperation intention proposals. We hope to join forces with you for mutual benefit and win-win cooperation, and jointly create new glory.

2.Registration Information

(1) Registration period: June 26, 2024 to July 9, 2024. (8:30-12:00 14:30-17:30). No late registrations will be accepted.

（2）Registration address: Daxiaodongtian Scenic Area, Yazhou District, Sanya

（3）Application materials:

3.1.Letter of intent for cooperation on the proposed business project and relevant business qualification materials.

3.2.Provide qualification materials and identity information for enterprises/individual entrepreneurs.

3.3.Other empirical materials, etc.
