Invitation for Bids

In order to improve the commercial facilities and service functions of the scenic area, and to provide leisure and comfortable tourism experiences for the general public and tourists, Sanya Xiaodongtian Development Co., Ltd. is now inviting investment from the public for the open space beside the museum in the Xiaodongtian and Dongtian tourist areas, with the intention of introducing franchise stores of local Hainan beverage brands. The relevant matters are hereby announced as follows:

一、Project Overview：The site is located on the roadside of the museum, enjoying a superior geographical location. We plan to introduce franchise partners of local beverage brands in Hainan through various methods such as investment attraction, overall leasing, and cooperative operation. We welcome capable and interested units or individuals to come in person or call us for negotiation, and submit relevant cooperation intention plans. We hope to join forces with you to achieve mutual benefit and win-win results, and create new glory together.

二、Registration details

（一）Registration Period：From May 6, 2024 to May 17, 2024. (8:30-12:00 14:30-17:30), no further registrations will be accepted after the deadline.

（二）Registration Location：Sanya Yazhou District's Xiaodongtian and Daodongtian Scenic Spots

（三）Registration materials：

1、Letter of Intent for Cooperation on Proposed Business Project, relevant business plans, management plans, and relevant business qualification materials, etc.

2、Provide enterprise qualification materials or individual business identity information.

3、If you are not the authorized party of the franchise store, you must provide a power of attorney from the franchise store.

4、The aforementioned documents must bear an official seal or a fingerprint.

5、Please send the materials to the email address provided. Late submissions or submissions that do not meet the requirements will be rejected.
