Invitation for Bids

Due to business needs, Sanya Daxiaodongtian Development Co., Ltd. is now inviting investment from the public for the location of the original electric vehicle waiting pavilion within the Daxiaodongtian tourist area, with the intention of introducing brand franchise stores. The relevant matters are hereby announced as follows:

1.Project Overview: The project is located at the former electric vehicle waiting pavilion in Xiaodongtian and Daodongtian, covering an area of approximately 194 square meters,With a superior geographical location, we are now planning to introduce cooperative operators through various methods such as attracting investment, overall leasing, partial leasing, and cooperative operation. We welcome capable and interested units or individuals to come in person or call us for negotiations, and submit relevant cooperation intention plans. We hope to join forces with you to achieve mutual benefit and win-win results, and create new glory together.

2.Registration period: March 2, 2024 to March 4, 2024. (8:30-12:00, 14:30-17:30). No late registrations will be accepted.
