Sanya Daxiaodongtian Development Co., Ltd. is now inviting public investment for the two platforms of the high-altitude swing in the scenic area, in accordance with the requirements of the "Administrative Measures for the Lease of Assets of State-owned Enterprises in Sanya City". We adhere to the principles of openness, fairness, and impartiality. The relevant matters are hereby announced as follows:

1. Project Overview:

The high-altitude swing platform is located near the mountain area of No.1 Bridge in Xiaoyue Bay scenic area. Platform No.1 covers an area of approximately 144 square meters, while Platform No.2 spans 63 square meters (see attached location map). With its advantageous geographical location, we are now seeking to introduce cooperative operators through various methods such as investment attraction, overall leasing, and cooperative management. The types of businesses we are inviting include catering, wedding photography, entertainment, and more.

2.Registration Requirements

The cooperative operator must possess financial strength, project management capabilities, relevant experience, and qualifications, and must not be listed on the dishonesty blacklist.

3.Cooperation Mode

The cooperative operator is responsible for investment, construction, and operation, while the cooperation duration and revenue distribution are negotiated by both parties.

4.Registration Information

(1) Registration period: March 24, 2025 to April 25, 2025. (8:30-12:00 14:30-17:30). No late registrations will be accepted.

（2）Registration address: Daxiaodongtian Scenic Area, Yazhou District, Sanya

（3）Application materials:

3.1.Letter of intent for cooperation on the proposed business project and relevant business qualification materials.

3.2.Provide qualification materials and identity information for enterprises/individual entrepreneurs.

3.3.Other empirical materials, etc.

3.4.The aforementioned documents must bear an official seal or a fingerprint.
