Sanya DaXiaodongtian Development Co., Ltd. is now inviting investment from the public for two sites (covering an area of approximately 1,500 square meters) located in the Penang garden of Demeng Terminal, in accordance with the requirements of the "Administrative Measures for Asset Leasing of State-owned Enterprises in Sanya City". The invitation follows the principles of openness, fairness, and impartiality. The relevant matters are hereby announced as follows:

1. Project Overview:

With a superior geographical location, we are now planning to introduce cooperative operators through various methods such as attracting investment, overall leasing, and cooperative management. We welcome capable and interested units or individuals to come in person or call us for negotiations, and submit relevant cooperation intention proposals. We hope to join forces with you to achieve mutual benefit and win-win results, and create new brilliance together.

2. Registration Requirements

The cooperative operator must possess financial strength, project management capabilities, relevant experience, and qualifications, and must not be listed on the dishonesty blacklist.

3.Cooperation Mode

(1) Our company provides the business premises and ensures water and electricity supply to the business area. The cooperative operator is responsible for project construction, equipment required for operation, labor services, and all expenses necessary for operation. The cooperation period and revenue distribution will be further discussed by both parties, and the unit selection will be based on the principle of merit.

(2) The cooperative operator shall be responsible for the profits and losses of the investment and operation project, handle all licenses and permits involved in the operation on its own, and ensure legal, law-abiding, and honest operation.

3、Application materials:

1. Letter of Intent for Cooperation on the Proposed Business Project and related business plan materials.

2. Provide qualification materials and identity information for enterprises/individual entrepreneurs.

3. Other empirical materials, etc.

4. The aforementioned materials must bear an official seal or a fingerprint.
