Sanya DaXiaodongtian Development Co., Ltd. is now inviting investment for the Diemeng Platform (with an area of approximately 50 square meters) at Diemeng Terminal Station, in accordance with the requirements of the "Administrative Measures for Asset Leasing of State-owned Enterprises in Sanya City". Adhering to the principles of openness, fairness, and impartiality, the company is openly seeking investment from the public. The relevant matters are hereby announced as follows:

1. Project Overview:

With a superior geographical location, we are now planning to introduce cooperative operators through various methods such as attracting investment, overall leasing, and cooperative management. We welcome capable and interested units or individuals to come in person or contact us by phone for negotiations, and submit relevant cooperation intention proposals. We hope to join forces with you to achieve mutual benefit and win-win results, and jointly create new brilliance. 

2.Registration Requirements

The cooperative operator must possess financial strength, project management capabilities, relevant experience, and qualifications, and not be listed on the dishonesty blacklist.

3.Cooperation Mode

(1) Our company provides business shops/venues and ensures water and electricity supply in the business area. The cooperative operator is responsible for project decoration, equipment required for operation, labor services, and all expenses necessary for operation. The cooperation period and income distribution will be further discussed by both parties, and the unit selection will be based on the principle of selecting the best.

(2) The cooperative operator shall be responsible for the profits and losses of the investment and operation project, handle all licenses related to the operation on their own, and ensure legal, law-abiding, and honest operation.

4.Registration Information

(3) Application materials:

 3.1.Letter of intent for cooperation on the proposed business project and relevant business qualification materials.

 3.2.Provide qualification materials and identity information for enterprises/individual entrepreneurs.

3.3. Other empirical materials, etc.

3.4. The aforementioned documents must bear an official seal or a fingerprint.
