Invitation for Bids

 In accordance with the requirements of the "Sanya Municipal State-owned Enterprise Assets Lease Management Measures", Sanya Xiaodongtian Development Co., Ltd. is now inviting public bidding for the shops located on the right side of the infirmary, adhering to the principles of openness, fairness, and impartiality. The relevant matters are hereby announced as follows:

1. Project Overview:The shop is located on the right side of the medical office in the scenic area, with a building area of approximately 100m². We plan to introduce brand franchise partners through various methods such as investment attraction, overall leasing, partial leasing, and cooperative operation. We welcome capable and interested units or individuals to come in person or call for negotiations, and submit relevant cooperation intention plans. We hope to join forces with you to achieve mutual benefit and win-win results, and create new glory together. The planned investment attraction business types are: catering and beverage.

 2.Registration Requirements

The cooperative operator must possess financial strength, project management capabilities, relevant experience, and qualifications, and must not be listed on the dishonesty blacklist.

3.Cooperation Mode

（1）Our company provides business premises and ensures water and electricity supply in the business area. The cooperative operator is responsible for site decoration, equipment configuration, and operation. The cooperation period and revenue distribution will be further discussed by both parties.

(2) The cooperative operator shall be responsible for the profits and losses of the investment and operation project, handle all licenses related to the operation on its own, and ensure legal, law-abiding, and honest operation.

4.Registration Information

(1) Registration period: May 22, 2025 to June 5, 2025. (8:30-12:00, 14:30-17:30). No late registrations will be accepted.

（3）Application materials:

3.1.Letter of intent for cooperation on the proposed business project and relevant business qualification materials.

3.2.Provide qualification materials and identity information for enterprises/individual entrepreneurs.

3.3.Other empirical materials, etc.

3.4.The aforementioned documents must bear an official seal or a fingerprint.
