Sanya DaXiaodongtian Development Co., Ltd. is now inviting investment from the public for the 100㎡ space in the first-floor shopping mall of the Taste Seaview Restaurant, the 20㎡ space in the supporting leisure area outside the restaurant, the 200㎡ space in the first-floor shopping mall of the Taste Seaview Restaurant, and the 700㎡ space in the first-floor shopping mall of the Taste Seaview Restaurant, in accordance with the requirements of the "Administrative Measures for Asset Lease of State-owned Enterprises in Sanya City". The invitation follows the principles of openness, fairness, and impartiality. The relevant matters are hereby announced as follows:

1. Project Overview:

With a superior geographical location, we are now planning to introduce cooperative operators through various methods such as attracting investment, overall leasing, partial leasing, and cooperative operation. We welcome capable and interested units or individuals to come in person or call us for negotiations, and submit relevant cooperation intention plans. We hope to join forces with you to achieve mutual benefit and win-win results, and create new glory together.

2.Registration Requirements

The cooperative operator must possess financial strength, project management capabilities, relevant experience, and qualifications, and must not be listed on the dishonesty blacklist.

3.Cooperation Mode

（1）Our company will provide the business premises and ensure water and electricity supply to the business area. The cooperative operator will be responsible for the equipment, labor services, and all expenses required for operation. The cooperation period and revenue distribution will be further discussed by both parties.

(2) The cooperative operator shall be responsible for the profits and losses of the investment and operation project, handle all licenses related to the operation on its own, and ensure legal, law-abiding, and honest operation.

4.Registration Information

  (1) Registration period: June 3, 2025 to June 16, 2025. (8:30-12:00, 14:30-17:30). No late registrations will be accepted.

（3）Application materials:

3.1.Letter of intent for cooperation on the proposed business project and relevant business qualification materials.

3.2.Provide qualification materials and identity information for enterprises/individual entrepreneurs.

3.3.Other empirical materials, etc.

3.4.The aforementioned documents must bear an official seal or a fingerprint.
