Invitation for Bids

Sanya DaXiaoDongtian Development Co., Ltd. is now inviting public bids for three containers (approximately 80 square meters) located on the right side of the Dongtian Fudi green belt, in accordance with the requirements of the "Administrative Measures for Asset Leasing of State-owned Enterprises in Sanya City". The bidding is conducted in the principles of openness, fairness, and impartiality. The relevant matters are hereby announced as follows:

1. Project Overview:

With a superior geographical location, we are now planning to introduce cooperative operators through various methods such as attracting investments, overall leasing, and cooperative operations. We welcome capable and interested entities or individuals to visit or contact us for negotiations, and to submit relevant cooperation intention proposals. We hope to join forces with you to achieve mutual benefits and win-win results, and together create new brilliance.

2.Registration Requirements

The cooperative operator must possess financial strength, project management capabilities, relevant experience, and qualifications, and must not be listed on the dishonesty blacklist.

3.Cooperation Mode

(1) Our company provides the business premises/venue and ensures water and electricity supply to the business area. The cooperative operator is responsible for project decoration, equipment required for operation, labor services, and all expenses necessary for operation. The cooperation period and income distribution will be further discussed by both parties, and the unit selection will be based on the principle of merit.

(2) The cooperative operator shall be responsible for the profits and losses of the investment and operation project, handle all licenses and permits related to the operation on their own, and ensure legal, law-abiding, and honest operation.

3.1. Letter of Intent for Cooperation on the Proposed Business Project and relevant business qualification documents.

3.3. Other empirical materials, etc.

3.4. The aforementioned documents must bear an official seal or a fingerprint.
