Sanya Daxiaodongtian Development Co., Ltd. is now inviting public bids for the shops in the Bingshuang World area of the scenic spot (approximately 100㎡) and the space between Kaka Imaging and Yonghe Soybean Milk (approximately 125㎡) in accordance with the requirements of the "Administrative Measures for the Lease of Assets of State-owned Enterprises in Sanya City". The bidding is conducted in the principles of openness, fairness, and impartiality. The relevant matters are hereby announced as follows:

1. Project Overview:

With a superior geographical location, we are now planning to introduce cooperative operators through various methods such as investment attraction, overall leasing, partial leasing, and cooperative management. We welcome capable and interested entities or individuals to visit or contact us for negotiations, and to submit relevant cooperation intention proposals. We hope to join forces with you to achieve mutual benefit and win-win results, and together create new glory.

2.Registration Requirements

The cooperative operator must possess financial strength, project management capabilities, relevant experience, and qualifications, and must not be listed on the dishonesty blacklist.

 3.Cooperation Mode

(1) Our company provides business shops/venues and ensures water and electricity supply in the business area. The cooperative operator is responsible for project investment and construction, equipment required for operation, labor services, and all expenses necessary for operation. The cooperation period and income distribution will be further discussed by both parties, and the unit selection will be based on the principle of selecting the best.

(2) The cooperative operator shall be responsible for the profits and losses of the investment and operation project, handle all licenses and permits involved in the operation on their own, and ensure legal, law-abiding, and honest operation.
