Sanya DaXiaodongtian Development Co., Ltd. is now inviting investment for the Yuewan Shopping mall rest area (approximately 35㎡) and the old office area B (approximately 20㎡) in accordance with the requirements of the "Administrative Measures for Asset Leasing of State-owned Enterprises in Sanya City". The investment invitation is conducted in the principles of openness, fairness, and justice. The relevant matters are hereby announced as follows:

1. Project Overview:

With a superior geographical location, we are now planning to introduce cooperative operators through various methods such as attracting investment, overall leasing, partial leasing, and cooperative operation. We welcome capable and interested units or individuals to come in person or call us for negotiations, and submit relevant cooperation intention plans. We hope to join forces with you to achieve mutual benefit and win-win results, and create new glory together.

 2.Registration Requirements

The cooperative operator must possess financial strength, project management capabilities, relevant experience, and qualifications, and must not be listed on the dishonesty blacklist.

3.Cooperation Mode

(1) Our company will provide the business premises and ensure water and electricity supply to the business area. The cooperative operator will be responsible for the equipment, labor services, and all expenses required for operation. The cooperation period and revenue distribution will be further discussed by both parties.

(2) The cooperative operator shall be responsible for the profits and losses of the investment and operation project, handle all licenses related to the operation on its own, and ensure legal, law-abiding, and honest operation.

 4.Registration Information

  (1) Registration period: June 14, 2025 to June 26, 2025. (8:30-12:00, 14:30-17:30). No late registrations will be accepted.

  (2) Registration address: Daxiaodongtian Scenic Area, Yazhou District, Sanya

（3）Application materials:

3.1.Letter of intent for cooperation on the proposed business project and relevant business qualification materials.

3.2.Provide qualification materials and identity information for enterprises/individual entrepreneurs.

3.3.Other empirical materials, etc.

3.4.The aforementioned documents must bear an official seal or a fingerprint.

3.5Materials sent via email, if delivered late or not meeting the requirements, will be rejected.
